Purchase & Remortgage Applications

£199 at application
This covers your initial assessment, lender research, affordability checks, and securing an Agreement in Principle.

£399 once your mortgage offer is issued
This is only payable when your mortgage is formally approved. It covers full case management, lender communication, document packaging, and support right through to completion.

No mortgage, no fee at offer stage

If your mortgage offer doesn’t come through, you don’t pay the £399. Simple as that.

Specialist cases welcome

Self‑employed, adverse credit, missed payments, I specialise in the cases other brokers avoid.

And my fee stays the same.
